The Postpartum Trainer is an online publication for pregnant and postpartum women who want to improve their fitness, health, and well-being. Our mission is to provide resources, guidance, and inspiration for women during this special time. The articles written on this site are produced by Brittany Robles, MD, MPH, CPT (OBGYN, NASM Certified Trainer, and Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist).

Editorial Policies

The Postpartum Trainer gathers its information from peer-reviewed medical journals, academic institutions, medical organizations like the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), and from personal experience as a full-time OBGYN and trainer since 2018.

The site maintains editorial independence over the content published on the site. No sponsors or third parties are permitted to influence the information of the published articles.
