Our mission is to provide resources, guidance, and inspiration for women during this special time. The articles written on this site are produced by Brittany Robles, MD, MPH, CPT (OBGYN, NASM Certified Trainer, and Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist).
The Postpartum Trainer gathers its information from peer-reviewed medical journals, academic institutions, medical organizations like the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), and from personal experience as a full-time OBGYN and trainer since 2018.
